I can’t believe it’s been another year! I remember typing out my New Year’s resolutions for 2017 and I honestly don’t know where the time goes. How is it already 2018?! Last year I was determined to focus on health & wellness and to be fair, the first half of the year I was pretty good, but somewhere around that half-way point, I fell back on my workout routine, slacked on my healthy food choices and ended up where I am now which let’s just call it… not my summer bod.
This post is in collaboration with Farm Fresh To You. All recipes and opinions are my own.

Okay, so I’ve been using the heck out of my Nutri Ninja and making a ton of smoothies lately and I have to say, this one is my favorite so far!
Why is it so amazing??? It’s packed with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries, full of anti-oxidants and contains two delicious collagen powders that have tons of benefits!
Some of the reasons I LOVE Vital Proteins are because they understand the benefits of collagen and all their products are gluten-free, NON-GMO, whole-food-based & cruelty-free! Collagen is basically the “glue” that holds our entire bodies together and is essential to helping decrease signs of aging. Need I say more?? I ramble more about the amazing benefits of collagen in my post here.
This smoothie recipe is fast, easy and SUPER delicious! And the best part? It’s good for you!
This weekend, my dad and I were invited by the owner of Bailey’s Juicery to attend a special brunch and preview of what’s to come at the brand new Auntie’s Cafe in Uptown Whittier, CA. The food was absolutely spectacular!
