This post is in collaboration with VINEBOX.

This is my third time working with VINEBOX and I finally get to try their rosé wines!! (As you can tell, I’m pretty darn excited!)

If you don’t already know, Vinebox is a monthly subscription club for wines delivered straight to your door!  Each wine is hand-selected by a team of wine-obsessed sommelier.

Vinebox is all about the stories behind the wine, the tasting notes, the details, the passion and the people. Their motto is: “Life’s too short to drink bad wine” and  they back up that quote with their 100% happiness guaranteed!

I’ve never met a rosé I didn’t. But knowing that I was most likely going to LOVE this particular Vinebox, I was still surprised at just how much I enjoyed every-single-one. What I enjoyed most about this box was that it came with two cylinders of each wine AND some adorable info cards with everything you want to know about each one! And of course, the quotes on the back of each card were super fun to read!

I love little details like this that truly set VINEBOX apart from other brands. They know what wine lovers want and they deliver – literally!

ST. MARTIN GRAND RESERVE – “Rosé, the nectar of summer”

  • Château de Saint Martin
  • 2016
  • Grenache, Tibouren, Cinsault
  • Provence, France

The first sip has hints of green strawberry and tart raspberry with notes of florals and fruit through the finish. It pairs well with salads, cheese, light pasta, poached salmon, poolside hangs, rooftops and warm nights.

I paired mine with fresh strawberries to compliment those fresh and light feels.

Tibouren, (a red grape) is SO pretty but is a real pain to grow so you can appreciate each glass all the more while sipping this wine on your outdoor patio on a warm summers night.

MONACIELLO ROSATO – “Dried orange peels and watermelon Starbursts”

  • Tre Secoli
  • Dolcetto, Barbera
  • Piedmont, Italy

This is a vibrant wine with notes of fresh strawberry, watermelon candy and a pleasant tartness. It pairs amazingly with grilled cheese, charcuterie and lots of sunshine! The perfect summer wine!

I paired mine with some marcona almonds and well- cheese of course!

FUN FACT:This wine is referred to as ‘Il Fiore’ (meaning “The Flower”) among the winemakers. Seems like the perfect nickname for such a fresh, fruity and floral summer sipper, don’t cha think?

CROSTES ROSÈ – “Provence at its best – crisp, lively and fresh”

  • Château Les Crostes
  • 2016
  • Cinsault, Grenache
  • Provence, France

This wine is crisp with a red fruit core and notes of raspberry sorbetto, and fresh citrus. It pairs well with cheese, italian ice, fresh fruit and (my favorite) Sunday brunch on the patio!

Since we had cheese and fresh fruit with the previous tastings, for this wine, I decided to pair it with a “brunch snack” (since we weren’t exactly having it at brunch time.) I chose some simple crackers and a light raspberry jam to bring out the raspberry notes and let the wine do the talking.

Only 300 cases are imported to the USA every year! Get your hands on one while you can!

I hope you’ll try VINEBOX!! If you do, message me on IG and let me know which wine is your fav!
