Last week I went shopping at Buffalo Exchange and got a ton of cute outfits and accessories, all at affordable prices! Buffalo Exchange now has dozens of locations all over but for those who don’t know, they are a resale store that buys, sells and trades clothing. It’s a great way to give your past fashion favs a second chance at life while scoring yourself some store credit or cash! I’ve been shopping at Buffalo Exchange for years and it never disappoints! As usual I came home with way more stuff than my closet can hold right now but like I always say… don’t tell Chris. 😉  Kidding… but the point here is Buffalo Exchange is a great shopping experience because you can find trendy and fashionable items, even designer in great condition, at a fraction of the price at high-end retailers. Find your nearest location here.

Another reason I love shopping at Buffalo Exchange is because they’re all about giving back. Besides reusing and recycling clothing, operating through environmentally conscious practices and supporting to communities and environments, they’re also very giving and support a variety of charitable contributions. Check them out here.

So here’s what I picked up.  I was super excited to find some cactus earrings and a matching bracelet (you guys know I’m obsessed).  I also found two pairs of overalls I just LOVE. One is a jean skirt that has a more casual-cute look and the other is a pleather edgier type look that can be dressed up or down.  I paired this with a pleather crop top I found because I like black on black and they just matched so perfectly they might as well have been a set.

The next things I picked up where some girly pieces that I’m really excited to bring on my upcoming trip to London. BTWI’m so excited for this and will be posting a TON about it all very soon! London fashion seems to be a great mix of classic elegance with a little bit of an edge.  I found a cute skirt and bow-tie top for the morning cafe runs and a super soft cropped pea-coat that I thought completed the outfit so I had to get all three. I know guys, I have a problem.

I found a few dresses that are going to be great once the weather starts to warm up again. One is this bright pattern with a low back and will be perfect for summer parties.  The other is more classy cocktail dress almost with a 20s feel that will be great for blogger events or a special date night. This one I’m especially excited about because it’s almost a little DIY. The front is actually super plunge and not very flattering. The way I’m wearing it is actually backwards. I love high neck dresses with a low back and decided to try it this way instead and just fell in love! My advice when shopping is if you love the print or look of something but it’s not quite working, before tossing it aside, try to wear it a few different ways and see if you can make it work. I’ve done this a few times with items in my wardrobe and always get compliments so I love sharing this little secret. It doesn’t always work, but it’s definitely worth a try!

The last things I got were a rust colored romper and a super soft over shawl with a tribal print perfect for festival season or one of my girls trips to Palm Springs.  The romper is long sleeve and has a lace up front and the colors in the shawl match so well, again… should have been a set. 🙂 I love finding pieces that just go together you know what I mean?

And last but not least, they gifted me this super cute swag bag with a insulated water bottle and a reusable tote bag. SO FUN OMG I DIE. So that’s everything! I hope you liked this post and I’d love your finds at your local Buffalo Exchange so feel free to comment on this post or on my Instagram. 🙂
